Classic Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 apple, chopped
  • 1/2 small red onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cup rotisserie chicken, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Begin by chopping the apple and red onion into small pieces and place them into a large mixing bowl.
  • Roughly chop the walnuts and add them to the mixing bowl as well.
  • Chop the rotisserie chicken into small, bite sized pieces. Add the chopped chicken to the bowl with the apple, onion and walnuts.
  • To the mixing bowl, add the mayo, greek yogurt, and salt + pepper and mixed until ingredients are evenly coated.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate to allow flavors to meld together.
