Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground chicken (you can use beef or turkey as well)
  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos (or soy sauce)
  • 2 tbsp gochujang
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds
  • 3-4 small sweet peppers (or 1 bell pepper)
  • green onion to garnish

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Sauce: In a bowl, whisk together gochujang, coconut aminos, honey, rice wine vinegar, grated ginger and minced garlic until well combined.
  • Cooking the Chicken: Heat avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add in ground chicken and cook until 80% done. Add in the your sliced bell peppers and the sauce and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  • Garnish: Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions for an extra pop of flavor.
