Sweet Heat Gochujang Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chicken (you can use beef or turkey as well)
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos (or soy sauce)
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
- 3-4 small sweet peppers (or 1 bell pepper)

Instructions
